Nothing bad happened I just don't want the service anymore paid for an entire year which was my fault and can't get a prorated amount back

I called ALLBLK and told them that they charged my card after I cancelled a month ago. The representive said it was not ALLBLK that charged my card.
I told the representative that I was looking at my bank statement and it said ALLBLK. The rep was rude and told me that she was going to disconnect the call because it was not them. She asked what kind of tv do I have. I told her ROKU.
She said call ROKU they did it. Called ROKU and they said they didn't charge my card.
They said that ALLBLK was an app and they did not have anything to do with that to call ALLBLK. I gave up and contacted my bank and they stopped the transaction.

You are still charging my card for a subscription that has been canceled. Moreover, I have never been able to watch the channel.
So for two months, you have charged me and I want my money refunded back to the card from which you took it. Please check your records.

Paid through Roku, but no access. Actually spoke with representative that corrected errors and I finally have access because I plaid already and kept being asked to pay again and again. Billing representative corrected and I get my month still and I appreciate his help because email communication did not work

Paid for subscription but unable to watch channel
I was very disappointed in the service I received today. I called the Roku.
Customer service was told that theyre having technical issues and I had to call back in 30 minutes after 30 minutes. I called back spoke with another agent. She could not figure out why I was getting an error message after, verifying that I did pay for the subscription. I am told that I have to pay for a second subscription from your error message on my TV.
The representative was not able to help me and told me that I had to call the allblk channel company and she could not give me a phone number. I had to Google it and find the number online is what I was told after being on the call for over an hour.
I called the allblk channel and after waiting for a long time, I received a message for me to leave a message to receive a call back the service overall and this experience is very disappointing. I felt like I did not receive the help and Customer Service that I shouldve received and my issue is still unresolved.

Stop bullying me Im going to go to a lawyer for breech of contract and false advertising.
I was told cancel a t anytime. Ive been trying to cancel for a month. That dont seem like anytime to me.
Maybe thats the problem now with trying to support black culture. Im a black man and use to being screwed over

Roku cancelled my account after a few minutes of my purchases I guess so I was told by a allblk agent that they will create me a account with you all so you all will get me a credit I just need to know what steps I take now
I can’t cancel my subscription. They make it very difficult to cancel subscriptions
No one had called me back so I can cancel. And I dont know if I have the right phone number to call them.
And I am pissed that I have to go through so much to cancel this subscription.
Because it wasnt this difficult to start my subscription process and I have to cancel it before 12 am tonight. Just get me the help that I requested.

However, when I go to open the app, it doesn't open. Instead, I get the option to purchase a subscription. I set up with Amazon Prime/BET+.
I've called each of them with no resolution. Please help.

Ad for Lets Settle boxing ppv said 530 start . Internet said 7 start.
Didnt start til l 745. Every 30 seconds into the show screen would cut to will resume shortly or blk tv right in middle of action

I ordered lets settle ppv for 14.99. Add on BLK tv says 530 start but internet said 7 so I waited.
Never started until about 745 and literally every 30 seconds it would cut out with please stand by , well be right back for like 4 seconds, which made show irritating to watch. I definitely want my money back but I will never ever watch anything on this *** app. Worst experience ever. I am personal friends with many on the card but am sick and could not attend.
Thought this would be alternative. Ugghhh
